Angelina Romano Chilcoat, OTR/L, CHT, AIPCC

Angelina is an occupational therapist, certified hand therapist and an autoimmune protocol certified coach. She has vast clinical experience working in hospital based rehabilitation settings with 13 years specializing in hand therapy. Angelina developed the occupational therapy service line for multiple rehabilitation programs including Sinai Hospital of Baltimore's Aging Surgeon Program, the Emerging from Chronic Pain program, Sinai Rehabilitation Center's Integrative Medicine program and the Hand Therapy Rehabilitation program.

Angelina is a dynamic and knowledgable educator; teaching occupational and physical therapists throughout the United States about hand therapy concepts through the lens of pain neuroscience and lifestyle education. She is a contributor to the certification training for the Autoimmune Protocol Certified Coach program, and a local speaker on the subjects of pain, nutrition as a lifestyle intervention, rehabilitation of the upper extremity and orthotic fabrication. Angelina is proud to be a practicing occupational therapist with 28 years of experience, specializing in the treatment of individuals with upper extremity, chronic pain and autoimmune conditions.

MNTP Continuing Education Course

Managing Nerve & Tendon Pain (MNTP) in the upper extremity is a 15hr, 2 day, live, in-person, hands-on, seminar, awarding 15 CE hours to occupational and physical therapy practitioners.

Angelina teaches these hand therapy and rehabilitation concepts through the lens of current evidence of pain neuroscience education and lifestyle strategies.
